Damaged Items: If any of your candles arrive damaged, please follow these steps within 30 days of delivery, as shown by USPS or UPS tracking:

  1. Document the Damage: Snap clear photos of the damaged candles.
  2. Reach Out to Us: Email the photos along with your order details to support@litvessels.com.
  3. Resolution Process: We will review your submission and contact you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Understanding the essence of a scent through a screen can be challenging, so we suggest trying our 4oz bundle deals and wax melts. These packs are designed to give you a preview of various scents, helping you choose your favorite before purchasing a full-size candle.
