Shipping Policies
Processing Time: Lit Vessels Christian Candle Co is a family-operated, home-based business. We dedicate ourselves to crafting your candles with care. Please allow 1-7 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. We will send you a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed, and we are unable to offer refunds for orders that arrive later than expected.
Shipping Rates and Delivery: All orders are shipped via USPS, and tracking information will be provided via email once your shipping label has been created.
Address Corrections: If you realize there has been an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at litvesselscandleco@gmail.com. We will make every effort to correct the address before the order is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be made in time once an order is processed. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the package.
Subscription Box Addresses: Please note that addresses for subscription boxes cannot be edited once processed. We do not have the ability to modify credit card information or addresses directly. To update your address for subscription boxes, you will need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe with the correct information.
